Sauvignon Blanc Vinul Cavalerului is complex and rich due to modern winemaking techniques: it comes from grapes that are entirely hand picked, collected in 13 kg cases and transported to the wine cellar at a temperature of 8°C, in cooling trucks. The grapes are selected once again before pressing; they are completely de-stemmed before crushing and put into the press by using rubber conveyor belts. Winemaking is conducted under the supervision of a team made of Romanian and French oenologists.
Due to the special quality of the farming as well as the adaptability of the cellar allowing us to crop at the right moment of ripeness, this type of wine keeps the characteristics specific to Sauvignon Blanc, having a well-balanced acidity, and an exquisite freshness.
