This Terra Romana Chardonnay comes from our first vineyards of Chardonnay in Ceptura and proves once again the special potential of Romanian viticulture.
In order to preserve its exquisite aromas, the Chardonnay is cropped early in the morning, when the air is still fresh and then fermented under controlled temperature partly in stainless steel, partly in new oak barrels.
Fresh and elegant, but yet bodied, this Chardonnay is ideal for fish in sauce, pork fillet or Orloff calf and, of course, as an aperitif. For better evaluation please drink it during the next three years and serve it at 12°C.
