Cuvée Sissi 2018
2018, a year with a warm spring, early and dry followed by a rainy summer and a particularly mild autumn, has allowed obtaining this fresh and elegant wine . The wines from this harvest shall be noted by the delicate flavors and harmony.
For Cuvee Sissi 2018 has been chosen a combination of varieties between Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon. Wine obtained using the “saignée” method (through the gravitational dripping of the
must) from grapes harvested by hand at the optimal time to obtain a translucent and light wine with a maximum content of alcohol of 12.5 degrees. The cleared must has been fermented at 14-15 degrees, for approximately 20 days.
To fully enjoy its flavors, we recommend serving it at 11 – 12⁰C, as an appetizer or to accompany light meals on the beach or by the pool.
