In the Muntenia Hills (Dealurile Munteniei), the pedo-climatic conditions are extremely favorable for this grape, that’s why the Pinot Noir - Vinul Cavalerului has all the typical elements of this variety: shiny rubious color, blackcurrant fresh flavors and typical cherry taste.

We recommend this wine to be served at 16° C associated by white meat, pizza or even aperitif.
