What makes a wine good?

Have you ever wondered what makes a wine good? For us, the answer is care for quality and attention to aromas that make each glass a unique experience. Therefore, our winemaker, Aurel ROTĂRESCU, proposed for Cuvée Amaury 2021 a recipe consisting of 50% wildness - Sauvignon Blanc, 30% fruity passion - Chardonnay, and 20% finesse and balance - Riesling de Rin. All gathered in one place: Podgoria Dealu Mare.
