The year 2018, a year with a warm, early and droughty spring followed by a summer with a lot of water and an exceptionally mild autumn, which was a reference year for red wines, especially for Cabernet.

This year pampered us with complex, intense red wines with good aging potential. The grapes were handpicked at the optimal moment. The harvest from the vineyard to the winery was transported in 250 kg bins. The grapes were vinified separately in concrete and stainless steel vessels, at a controlled temperature of 25 - 30 degrees C. The malolactic fermentation was then followed in stainless steel vessels. The maturation of the wine was carried out separately, by varieties in 3-5 year old barrels for a period of 9-12 months.
