The year 2021: a year colder than the average of the previous years, with sufficient precipitation in winter and spring, allowed the obtaining of grapes with exceptional freshness, with smaller sugar accumulations than usual but with higher acidity and more intense flavors. This, along with the increasingly mature plantations and the experience accumulated by the winery team, has led to the production of finer wines, with revitalizing aromas and acidity. This blend brings together four varieties that stood out for their outstanding quality this year. Hand-picked grapes, immediately transported to the winery, were first cooled and then vinified, with carbonic ice protection all the way to the must. The vinification was done on varieties and small batches, at temperatures of 15-17 degrees C.
